BORDELON MARINE · CCC
Privacy Policy
Effective 9 October 2026
About this policy
Bordelon CCC is a private intelligence and management interface operated by Bordelon Marine for authorized company users. This policy explains how CCC handles information, including data accessed through the company Google connection. Contact: bordelonmarine@gmail.com.
Information CCC processes
CCC processes user email addresses and assigned roles, selected company spreadsheet records, typed or transcribed questions, short conversation context, comments, information updates, change and approval requests, preferences, and operational and review records. Hosting and security services also process connection and request metadata, such as IP addresses, timestamps and browser information.
Google permissions and use
The designated company administrator authorizes the company Google connection. CCC requests basic Google account identification, read-only Google Sheets access and Gmail permission to send email. Google’s spreadsheet permission can cover all spreadsheets accessible to that account; CCC uses selected company registers for its implemented workflows. CCC does not request permission to read the Gmail inbox, or to edit spreadsheets through this connection. Current Google-connected pilot functions are a read-only spreadsheet check and a controlled, administrator-authorized email test. Unattended refresh and automatic email workflows are not enabled.
Company records and authorized users
Selected company records are used to provide intelligence views, source evidence, answers and management review workflows. Authorizing the company connection enables the implemented use of those selected records within CCC by provisioned company users. Authorized administrators and reviewers may access relevant submissions and audit records for these workflows. The public CCC information site does not publish company registers or user submissions.
Voice and AI processing
When you use the CCC microphone, audio is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for transcription. CCC does not save the audio recording as a stored business record. The resulting text follows the same workflow as typed input and may be saved in a submission or research audit record. Where browser speech recognition or device keyboard dictation is used instead, the browser or device provider’s speech processing practices apply. CCC sends questions, limited conversation context and selected evidence extracts to Cloudflare-hosted AI to classify intent and generate answers. AI processing is distinct from model training; CCC does not use Google-derived data to train or fine-tune generalized AI models.
Service providers and sharing
Cloudflare provides CCC hosting, authentication, private storage, transcription and AI inference. Google provides the authorized account and API services. Authorized email functions transmit message content and recipient details to Google and intended recipients. Data is processed by these providers to deliver the described functions, and may be processed outside your local country. CCC does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Other disclosure may occur where necessary for security or applicable legal requirements.
Google Limited Use
Bordelon CCC’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google-derived data is used for the disclosed company-facing functions. Access by people and service providers is limited to authorized workflows, support and security needs, and applicable legal requirements.
Storage, security and retention
CCC uses HTTPS, sign-in and server-side access controls. Google refresh credentials are encrypted in private server-side storage and are not supplied to ordinary CCC users. Selected company data, questions recorded in research receipts, submissions, preferences and audit records are stored in private Cloudflare storage. Authentication uses necessary cookies; the installed app does not provide an offline cache of private company records. The current pilot has no automatic deletion schedule for stored business and audit records. Retention and removal are handled by the company administrator, taking account of business recordkeeping and legal requirements. This policy does not promise immediate deletion or a fixed retention period.
Your controls and requests
You can type instead of using the microphone, review or edit transcribed text, and cancel the displayed voice-submission countdown. Contact bordelonmarine@gmail.com to request access changes, correction, review or deletion of data held by CCC. Requests are handled by the administrator; there is no automated account-deletion feature in the pilot. The company account owner can revoke CCC’s Google access through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized API access; it does not automatically erase records already stored in CCC or the source Google registers.
Changes
If CCC’s data use or permissions change materially, the policy and relevant in-app disclosures must be updated before the new use begins. Additional Google permissions require renewed authorization where applicable.
