Purpose and access

Bordelon CCC is provided by Bordelon Marine for authorized company intelligence and management workflows. Access is limited to provisioned users and their assigned permissions. Use your own authorized sign-in and protect company information.

Intelligence and decisions

CCC may present dated facts, developing intelligence, estimates, AI assessments and information requiring validation. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Review dates, confidence labels and source evidence before relying on an answer. CCC does not establish a confirmed charter, vessel availability, rate, award or procurement opportunity solely from an observation or AI inference. Commercial and operational decisions remain with authorized company personnel.

Voice and submissions

Voice input is transcribed into the same text workflow as typed input. A displayed countdown may submit the transcription automatically; you can cancel or edit it. Submitted comments, information, change requests and approval requests enter a review workflow. A receipt or AI response is not an approval, commercial commitment, external message or confirmation that the official source register has changed.

Company Google connection

Only the designated administrator may authorize the company Google connection. Its current pilot permissions cover read-only spreadsheet access and authorized email sending. The implemented email test is a controlled administrator action. Additional sending, refresh or editing workflows require separate implementation and authorization. Google access can be revoked by the company account owner.

Acceptable use

Use CCC for legitimate company work. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, impersonate other users, disclose information to unauthorized recipients, or submit credentials or unrelated sensitive personal information through ordinary dialogue. Submit information you are permitted to provide and distinguish confirmed facts from reports or estimates.

Availability and changes

CCC is a pilot and features may be unavailable, quota-limited or changed. Follow the displayed capability and error notices. Company Google registers remain the source of record where designated; the pilot does not replace established approval procedures.
